How to Use Pattern Learning
Mimilog's pattern learning is not textbook grammar.
These are living patterns extracted from sentences you actually wrote.
Write today's log in a foreign language, just like you normally would.Step 1. Write a log
Example: "I went to a restaurant with my friend on the weekend and the line was so long"
Once a study set is generated, 3 key patterns are extracted from your sentences.
Examples:Step 2. AI extracts patterns
• went to ~ with (someone) — went somewhere with someone
• the line was so long — describing a long wait
• on the weekend — time expression
Each pattern comes with 2–3 additional example sentences.
You can see how the same pattern is used in different situations.
Step 3. Expand with examples
Listen to the patterns and examples, then repeat them out loud.
Reading silently and speaking aloud are completely different types of learning.
Step 4. Read aloud
Writing exercises using the patterns you learned are provided.
Through sentence building, fill-in-the-blank, and dictation, you make the patterns your own.
Step 5. Finish with writing practice
"3 patterns from your own sentences stick longer than 100 pages of a textbook."
